It’s a challenge we’ve taken up with the Pazapa application. The concept? To develop an application for tourist circuits in Marche-en-Famenne adapted to people with disabilities. The application is designed to adapt to the user’s disability, whether mental, visual or deaf/hard of hearing. After a lively phase of reflection and research, we embarked on this meaningful project that took us off the beaten track.
Combining aesthetics and ultra-functionality
In reality, there are few applications that are truly adapted to people with disabilities, and therefore few guidelines. With the support of our customer, we were able to develop ultra-functional designs perfectly adapted to different disabilities. Contrasting typography, color tones, button sizes, placement of elements: all parameters to be taken into account to develop a truly practical, application, without neglecting aesthetics!
